Industry News – Omega’s 1st Flagship Store in Hong Kong – New Speedmaster Model Issued

Omega celebrated the recent launch of its first Flagship Store in Hong Kong with an exclusive visit from the world-famous Moulin Rouge cabaret.

This was also used to announce Omega’s association with UNICEF. Omega has donated 25% of the proceeds from every watch and Bijoux sale from its Canton Road Flagship Store to the international children’s charity, a total of $500,000 so far.

Omega President Stephen Urquhart also confirmed that as an added fundraising
incentive, the company had reserved the limited edition collection of its newest
Speedmaster for exclusive sale in Hong Kong. Omega ambassador QiQi supported the
good works of UNICEF worldwide by becoming the first owner of one of a strictly
limited series of 50 of these special timepieces. 

This Speedmaster model, with a 35.5mm diameter case, is equipped with the caliber 3220, a self-winding mechanical chronograph movement with Geneva wave décor and rhodium-plated finish with a power reserve of 40 hours.
